About Warrior Health's Founder
We are deeply honored and privileged to provide emergency medical care to our country's heroes and their families.

Dr. Lisa USN (ret) is a graduate of the University Michigan Medical School and a Diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine for 16 years. She served 20 years in the US Navy. While in the US Navy she deployed in support of OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM and to Afghanistan in support of OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM. Her leadership tours include Emergency Department Chair of two MTF's serving over 60K patient visits per year at Naval Hospital Jacksonville and Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. She also served as chief of medical operations for the elite USMC Chemical Biological Incident Response Force in the Washington DC and provided direct support to the President, US Congress and Senate for the 2013 PRESIDENTIAL INAUGURATION and the 2013, 2014 STATE OF THE UNION ADDRESSES. In 2015, she deployed in support of Pacific Partnership on the USNS Mercy hospital ship. As mass casualty director, she and her team led 1100 personnel comprising of US Navy, Royal Australian Navy, Royal New Zealand Air Force and local national healthcare personnel in training and foreign disaster engagements with the countries of Papua New Guinea, Philippine Islands, Fiji and Vietnam.
After 20 years of Naval service, CDR Kelty retired in 2016. Her awards include Meritorious Service Medal in lieu of gold star, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal in lieu of five stars, Operation Iraqi Freedom Medal, Global War on Terrorism medal, Expeditionary and Nato Medal, Overseas Service Medal/ ribbons. She is currently a contractor for Military Treatment Facilities and is in private practice for a large healthcare system in the San Diego area.
